Welcome to Scan to Alert. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scan to Alert platform, websites, and QR code services operated by SignClops ("we," "us," or "our").

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Scan to Alert provides a digital feedback and alert routing system. Our role is limited to the provision and maintenance of the software platform. We do not provide cleaning, maintenance, or physical response services. The responsibility for responding to any alerts generated through the platform lies solely with the Customer organization.

2. Use of Platform

Customers and users agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Submit false, harassing, or malicious alerts intended to disrupt operations.
Attempt to circumvent any security features or access unauthorized areas of the administrative dashboard.
Modify, adapt, or hack the service to imply a false association with SignClops.

Disclaimer of Liability

SignClops is a software provider only. We are not liable for any physical conditions, accidents, injuries, or service failures that occur at the physical locations where our QR codes are deployed. The deployment of a QR code does not guarantee a specific response time or outcome from the venue management.

3. Account Responsibility

Administrative users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Scan to Alert name, logos, website designs, and software are the exclusive property of SignClops. Use of our QR codes is granted under a limited, non-exclusive license for the duration of your service agreement.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any account that violates these Terms or engages in behavior that threatens the integrity or security of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which SignClops is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
